Payroll

This service requires that you also add the Set-Up: Payroll service.

Our Payroll service includes:

• Setting up new employees (on an ongoing basis after your initial payroll set-up)
• Basic assistance with your employee onboarding and offboarding process.
• Processing and reviewing employee timesheets
• Calculating payroll and ensuring that employee payments are both accurate and on-time
• Monitoring and reporting on budget vs actual hours worked
• Job cost reporting
• Managing any third-party 401(k) and benefits plan
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws governing payroll

If you have a mixture of payroll frequencies (i.e. a portion of your employees are paid monthly, and the rest bi-weekly), you will need to add two different Payroll services to your cart.
