Client communication is a key factor in a positive working relationship. You will be assigned a dedicated accountant who will handle your regular transactions and will be provided with their direct business e-mail and telephone number. Many of our clients have their own internal communication system that they invite us to join (Slack, Teams, etc). It is also quite common for clients to integrate us into their team by setting up an accounting email address under your company domain names so their employees can reach out to us more easily. The key takeaway is that we are flexible in our communications and always timely in our response, regardless of the method you prefer to use.

Each purchased service comes with a Getting Start guide so that you can begin gathering the information that we’ll require. Within a business day of placing your order, you’ll receive an email from your new Dedicated Accountant who will walk through your pre-order and help you make any necessary adjustments (before emailing you a finalized invoice).
