Pricing and Packages
VirtuCount offers a variety of services with customized packages to fit your needs. Below you will find examples of our three most popular monthly packages. Prices listed are ‘starting’ prices. Your pricing will be based on the volume and type of transactions that flow through your business. Additionally, every new client will be quoted a one-time set-up fee that will also include clean-up services if you are your bookkeeping is not up to date.
Standard Accounting Package
The Standard Package is ideal for new businesses with a minimal amount of monthly transactions.
With this package we will review your monthly income and expenses, properly record and classify them in QuickBooks and provide you with monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements.
If you are paying for expenses with a debit/credit card and receiving payments from your clients as services are rendered, this is probably the best package for you.
Premium Accounting Package
The Premium Package is best suited for businesses that buy and/or sell on credit.
In addition to the basic accounting services provided in the Standard Package, we will also process your accounts payable bills and work with you to submit accurate accounts receivable invoices to your clients.
Accounts Payable: This service includes identifying 1099 vendors and collecting all pertinent information to insure that your year end 1099 reporting process runs smoothly.
Accounts Receivable: In addition to generating invoices to your client (with reviews of wage and expense reporting to insure nothing gets missed), we will also provide you with a weekly Collections Report and follow-up directly on past due accounts.
Enterprise Accounting Package
The Enterprise package includes everything listed in the Premium Package plus Payroll processing.
This package is best suited for small businesses that have W-2 employees. Payroll processing can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly cycle based on the needs of your business.
